PONTIANAK - The delegates of the 2022 BIMP-EAGA Ministerial Meeting visited Rumah Radakng and the Pontianak souvenir center, then received a special welcome from West Kalimantan.

Arriving at the Radakng house, the delegates were immediately welcomed with dance and allowed to cut bamboo as a sign of welcome. Moreover, the delegates were served typical food from West Kalimantan, including bubur pedas, durian juice, durian fruit, kerupuk basah, and various other traditional menus. While enjoying the menu, the delegates were entertained by typical arts from West Kalimantan. The delegates could also see the Ikat weavers firsthand.
